DRIED APRICOT HIGH GRADE

Dried apricots of the highest grade of Tajikistan have similar varietal characteristics; and have an almost uniform, bright typical color characteristic of well-ripened apricots. Fruits may have pale yellow areas around the end of the peduncle, the area of which does not exceed the area equivalent to one-eighth of the outer surface of the unit. The highest grade of apricots that grows in our gardens and differs in all taste characteristics from dried apricots of other origin, for example, Turkish or Iranian. The irresistibly bright orange color, lush rounded shape and delicious taste of this product are a clear difference from other products of this origin.

Apricots grown in the part of Fergana valleys are full of goodness and flavor. Dried apricots provide small amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium and about 1,171 IU of vitamin A and 1.14mg of vitamin E. There are only 3mg of sodium per serving, making dried apricots a low-sodium foodand a good choice for those with blood pressure. We are not using food additive ( sulphur dioxide(E220 or 220)free). The organic sun dried apricot color is light brown to brown and drier than conventional sun dried apricot. CHOPPED DRIED APRICOT

Dried apricots are the halved and pitted fruit of the apricot tree from which the greater portion of moisture has been removed. Before packing, the dried fruit is processed to cleanse the fruit and may be sulfured sufficiently to retain a characteristic color.Dried apricots of the highest grade of orange color are cut into cubes because of the tendency of rice flour to caking.
